Colby Schaub

Colby Schaub is the owner of Designer Wellness. His philosophy is simple: he’s in the business of making people move and feel better. He does this by providing a stress free and safe environment where he invites the body to move in the way it was designed. His mission is to enrich people’s lives by helping them find and correct imbalances in the body. He emphasizes strategies for a healthy spine.
Colby is a 20 year veteran in the fitness and wellness industry.
Colby served as the stretch and recovery specialist for Middle Tennessee State University Athletic Department for 8 years.
His education includes certificates in fitness therapy, wellness coaching, muscle mastery from New York Strength, Pilates Reformer with Balanced Body, and level 3 fascial stretch therapy (FST) training through the Stretch to Win Institute in Tempe, Arizona. He pursues continuing education through Brookbush Institute as a human movement specialist. Colby has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is also a two-time Iron Man.
Erin Weeks
Pilates Instructor
Erin Weeks is a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher and studied under Elizabeth Wilkinson at Well Body Pilates in Nashville. She began practicing Reformer Pilates in 2016 as a way to breathe and move after work. She enjoyed it so much, she decided to become a teacher. As a practitioner and teacher, she love that Pilates can cater to any body type, energy, or fitness level. She looks forward to meeting, practicing, growing and learning with her clients daily.
Erin is a Murfreesboro area native, and some of her favorite hobbies are walking, eating good food, spending time with family, and traveling. She’s grateful to be a fur mom to a Cavalier Spaniel named Snow.

Pilates Instructor
Jenae discovered the power of Pilates based movement can transform the body and personal health through a severe injury that almost ended her 16-year dance career. With a passion for health, she knew she wanted to be a part of enriching other`s lives through transformative wellness. She transitioned into full time studies as a Sports Performance Specialist with a background in Applied Kinesiology. Her training has expanded to becoming a comprehensive Pilates instructor under Erin Myers owner of Spiral Spine.
Jenae has established herself as a certified movement specialist with a focus in women`s and athletic dance health. She is passionate about finding the root cause of movement and health dysfunction and giving easy, accessible tools to empower anyone no matter their stage of life. She loves how teaching allows her the opportunity to create community, instill a sense of accountability and motivation in that community, empower others, and forever be a student. Jenae takes an “all in” approach to teaching; she’s known for her knowledge in women`s and athletic health, as well as her empowering, and form-focused style.
