Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required for all services we offer. Please contact us to schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel all appointments 24 hours in advance by calling us at 615-994-1401.
Do i need to arrive to my appointment early?
Yes, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to all appointments. Arriving early is particularly important if it's your first appointment as there will be paperwork.
Do you have free parking? restrooms?
Yes, we have both.
Can I bring my kid(s)?
Yes, as long as they are not disruptive, kids are welcome.
Pilates
What is Pilates?
Developed in the 20th century by Joseph Pilates, a Pilates workout transforms the body by increasing strength and flexibility. It strengthens the back and core, improves posture by developing the core muscles thru precise positioning and breathing. Pilates is low impact and highly variable making it an amazing workout that is adaptable to anyone.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable workout clothing but avoid short shorts. Socks are welcome but not required.
FST
What should I wear?
Please wear long workout pants or sweat pants, a top you are comfortable moving in, and clean socks. You will be asked to remove any jewelry prior to the start of the session.
How often should I have FST done?
Generally FST is performed once a week or every other week. Every client has their own unique perscription and we look forward to helping you figure out yours.
